We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not knowingly collect more than what is needed to provide our services.

• Service providers that run this site — our form-handling provider (Formspree) processes and delivers contact-form submissions, and our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) serves the website. These providers process data on our behalf.
• Legal and safety requirements — where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights.

4. Where your information is processed

Stateline Permits is a United States company doing business within the United States. Your information is collected, processed, and stored in the United States. Our service providers and the government portals we file with operate within the United States, and we do not transfer your information outside the United States.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain permit and business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
